empowering you to navigate your professional life WITH PRESENCE AND PURPOSE

executive coaching & consultng

Hi, I’m Chelsea Thaxter.

As an executive coach, workshop facilitator and professional development consultant, I empower people and teams to navigate their professional lives with presence and purpose.

Earlier in my career, I practiced law and led professional development at a law firm. As a corporate lawyer, I served as outside general counsel to startup and emerging growth technology companies and advised the venture capital firms that invest in them. As a professional development leader, I built firm-wide programming and initiatives focused on attorney onboarding and integration, training, mentoring, staffing, performance management, retention, career development and diversity & inclusion. In these roles, I guided clients and attorneys through critical stages of the development of their businesses and careers.

In addition to my training and certification as a coach with the Co-Active Training Institute, I am an Accredited iEQ9 Enneagram Practitioner. I also draw upon my experience as a lawyer, a leader, an athlete, a parent, a partner, a meditator and most importantly, a life-long learner.  I love learning about habitsmeditation and psychology, the cosmos, the consciousness of animals and the experiences of other humans through reading memoirs. I am an also a hospice volunteer and trained as an end-of-life doula.
