In addition to my own practice, I am part of M2Leaders, a leadership development firm led by Michael Melcher. M2Leaders creates and delivers cohort-based executive development programs focused on leadership acceleration. We build these in close collaboration with our clients.

These programs usually take place over 6 to 18 months and integrate group learning, small-group discussions, individual coaching, and participation by senior leaders.
